- Occupational Therapy: Helping individuals develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

Celebration of International and National Disability Day:
International and National Disability Day: Following the directives of the Ministry of Social Welfare, the National Foundation for the Development of the Disabled and non-governmental organizations working with disabled individuals, along with other stakeholders, jointly observe International and National Disability Day with due respect on December 3rd each year. Notable activities on this day include:
- Publication of special supplements in national daily newspapers.
- Decorating road islands with billboards featuring activities related to disability.
- Creating posters with images depicting disability-related activities and decorating various locations across the country.
- Preparing brochures with information about important disability-related activities of government and non-governmental organizations, and distributing them to various individuals, offices, and organizations.
- Organizing discussion programs on radio and television on overcoming disabilities.
- Broadcasting information via TV scrolls.
- Organizing processions/rallies.
- Hosting discussion meetings and cultural programs.
- Organizing a five-day Disability Overcoming Fair at the National Foundation for the Development of the Disabled campus. This fair showcases and sells products produced by disabled individuals and organizations working for their development, and features five days of captivating cultural programs with the participation of disabled individuals.
- On this day, awards and honors (crest, certificate, cash) are given in the following categories: (1) Successful disabled individuals, (2) Individuals working to overcome disabilities, (3) Organizations working to overcome disabilities, (4) Successful parents of disabled individuals, and (5) Successful caregivers.
